Quality Analyst I
As a Quality Analyst I here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will play a
crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your
responsibilities will involve conducting inspections and tests, analyzing data,
and identifying areas for improvement in our manufacturing processes. You will
have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive
continuous enhancement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
This 2nd Shift Position will be worked from 3:30p - Midnight. You will report directly to our Sr Quality Engineering Supervisor and you'll
work out of our Cartersville, Georgia location onsite.
In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products,
ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement in our
manufacturing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the processing of customer returned materials including scheduling, re-working, and returning to the customer.
- Also providing data generated from the rework processes to the appropriate personnel.
- Write detailed work instructions for each returned shipment to ensure correct processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements & waste reduction
- Assist the Quality Supervisor with data collection, reports, and special projects
- Assist in maintaining the QMS, ensuring calibrations and all work instructions are kept up to date.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
