As a Project Manager focused on HR initiatives, you will be the driving force behind crucial projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and navigate complex challenges to achieve project objectives. Your ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus will be key to your success. This project has a timeline of April (as soon as possible) through June 30th.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Proactively monitor and track project progress, adapting plans as needed to stay on target.
- Create and deliver compelling project presentations, tailoring content to client specifications and presenting to leadership.
- Lead and manage project teams, fostering clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, optimizing resource utilization.
- Facilitate productive team meetings, providing regular updates and pre-meeting materials (notes/minutes/presentations) to stakeholders.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are managed.
- Provide consistent project status reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive risk management.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Experience in HR, capabilities, and competency development.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.87 to $52.08 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
