Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables that typically require engagement from multiple teams. This role involves ensuring that projects or smaller programs are executed efficiently, meeting client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. The candidate will facilitate communication, manage risks, and ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, coordinate across multiple teams, and ensure that dependencies and risks are properly managed to achieve successful delivery.
• Communication:** Clearly articulate work objectives and deliverables, facilitating effective communication across all levels of the organization. Coordinate and lead key routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Risk Management:** Identify and manage risks and impediments that could impact the successful completion of deliverables. Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization to support deliverable completion within the agreed timeline.
• Stakeholder Engagement:** Work closely with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that deliverables align with requirements and expectations. Provide regular status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and
• Compliance and Standards:** Ensure all deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and support resource planning for delivery and execution.
• Continuous Improvement:** Lead teams through release planning readiness, enact changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and document standards and maintain clear project communications.
• JIRA and Confluence Expertise:** Proficiently manage and track delivery across 20+ JIRA instances, utilizing Confluence for documentation and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with additional experience in portfolio-level functions supporting end-to-end oversight and program delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, with a track record of successfully leading teams through planning and execution phases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is required, with experience managing multiple JIRA instances.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, while also fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with Enterprise Change Management processes and standards is highly desirable.
