Day To Day Responsbilities:
Looking for Policy/Process/Standards support personnel that will be on point for supporting our Bank ownership responsibilities over Application Backup Policy. Someone to handle the corresponding with standards governance and oversight responsibilities such as SPI/Metrics/reporting, a person to help with Enterprise Critical Infrastructure process and standards governance and oversight responsibilities (SPI/metrics/reporting) and handling general administrations and support activities.
Must Have:
Background in Technology Resiliency, Business Continuity, Backup and Restoral Services with emphasis on Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory delivery is important.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures, especially related to infrastructure and technology.
- Risk Management: Understanding of risk management frameworks, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Data Governance: Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality, and data privacy.
- Process Improvement: Ability to analyze and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Familiarity with relevant compliance standards and regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Technical Skills:
- Technology Understanding: Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage).
