Description:The Project Engineering Manager will be responsible to the Program Manager for the C2BMC Operations, Maintenance, & Sustainment (OM&S) support's technical, cost and schedule performance.
Duties of this position will include:
* Interfacing with the C2BMC Chief Engineer
* Collaborating across the C2BMC Program on Agile Release Trains (ART) and Resource Managed Areas (RMA) for internal resource planning
* Meeting contract staffing and resource needs
* Leading OM&S execution & proposal efforts
* Ensuring the OM&S teams are meeting program requirements
* Ensuring the system design baseline is maintained and documented
* Identification and management of the program's Risks and Opportunities
* Leading efforts related to OM&S execution across the different program teams to include the Sustainment, Warfighter and Training Teams on the OM&S contract as well as supporting the Regional and Global Teams
* Leading the Sustainment Team consisting of 22+ direct/indirect reports along with managing the National Team members who are assigned to the Sustainment Team.
* Ensuring program plans and technical baselines are consistent with C2BMC program and Modern Engineering/Sustainment/Maintenance/Operation Practices
* Providing oversight to the OM&S Task Order 3 Project Leads in conjunction with the OM&S Task Order 3 Solution Engineer and Solution Manager
* Being the Control Account Manager for assigned accounts
Basic Qualifications:
- Operational experience with Department of Defense (DoD) systems
- Knowledge of Operations and Maintenance practices and experience in adopting and implementing key practices
- Experience with sustainment and logistics activity required to operate and sustain a globally deployed networked computer system
- Ability to direct and oversee engineers supporting multiple projects in several technical disciplines in demographically separate locations
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI/SAP clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience and familiarity with the MDA customer
- Broad background in Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment (OM&S) with engineering leadership experience
- Expertise in cost estimating and creating Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
- Experience with staffing and retaining talent in large organizations
- Demonstrated interpersonal, team-building skills, strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Control account management and earned value management (EVM) experience
- Strong oral and written communications skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
