Full Job Description
Pay Range: $30/hr. - $32/hr.
Mission:- Responsible for the coordination and tracking of a large program.
- Manage a team of 8 developers
- Report into a Senior Technical Program Manager
- Keep team on track with deadlines
- Monitors deadlines, tracks responsibilities, highlights blockers, identifies dependencies, and summarizes progress of the program.
- Prepares reports for management regarding status of the program.
- Performs daily check-ins with stakeholders, tracks communications and catalogs slippages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Able to operate with limited guidance and knows when to escalate.
- Prior Project management experience.
- Soft Skills and detail-oriented self-starter
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Stakeholder engagement/management
- Experience working in Wireless Security.
- Developer background
- Agile certification
