Seeking a Program Manager to join a well-known Retailer!
Description:
- Leads and directs one of more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and/or modification of Technology projects. Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements of the assignment.
Key Roles:
- Managing Content Management System (CMS) serving multiple (large) enterprise programs (Agile Sprint planning, retros, planning reports, etc.)
- Helping mitigate risks
- Ensure alignment with multiple stakeholders across matrix organization
Work directly with translation product:
- Partner with PM supporting offshore engineering team
- Needs flexibility with time to work with onshore (East coast) team
- Implement follow-the-sun model
- Act in both a support & ownership function
- Generative AI
- Must effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Jira, Confluence
- Program Management
- Working with multiple cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.40 to $66 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
