This position reports directly to the Operations Director. The role is responsible for supervision of the Production areas, which include warehousing, formulation, filling, and inspection/labeling.
When will you work?

This position will work Monday - Friday day shift.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise and develop employees who are responsible for warehousing; formulation; aseptic filling; inspection and labeling; and facility sanitization. Position may supervise other areas of operations.
- Provide strong people leadership with a focus on creating/maintaining a positive work environment and culture through effective communication, performance management, accountability, etc. This includes time and attendance review and maintenance for all department employees.
- Ensure all SOPs and related documentation are current, relevant, and all training remains up to date.
- Analyze Production errors, efficiencies, downtime and waste. Lead teams to improve the results. Participate in finding continuous improvement opportunities.
- Write investigations and CAPA actions for non-conformances in the department. Work with QA to quickly resolve any variance or document errors so that product may be released on time. Lead Problem Solving activities.
- Manage staffing levels and budget spending
Who you are:
- Strong Knowledge of cGMP guidelines/standards.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
- Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.
- Strong results orientation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, proficient in the use of spreadsheets and word processing programs
What you’ve done:
- 2+ years’ experience in aseptic processing and/or experience in tableting dose forms
- 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a cGMP FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Obtained a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or scientific discipline
