Shift: This role is 2nd Shift, 1:00 PM-9:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $18.77 an hour + $$0.25 shift differential

DUTIES:

This is an outside position and may require heavy labor. Primarily assisting with opening barrels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Must ensure safety procedures are followed.
Ability to lift, push, or pull loads exceeding 50 pounds constantly throughout the work shift.
Must have ability to climb stairs.
Ensure all safety procedures are followed when unloading trailers.
Must work closely with Team Lead and Crew lead.
Ensure surrounding areas are kept neat and sanitary.
Adapt to changing situations and be able to establish priorities.
Ability to train employees as needed.
Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, Crew leaders, Team Leaders, and QA lab.
Complete paperwork in a neat and orderly fashion.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and maintain an acceptable attendance record.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ensure actions are consistent with and support plant safety goals and procedures.
Understand Vlasic policies and procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.
