We are seeking a Process Manager who is passionate about enhancing customer experience with the help of technical data analysis skills.
General Responsibilities:
Applies strategic, creative and analytical reasoning to Google Workspace platform management and tactical delivery
Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Workspace features and best practices, implementing updates and improvements as needed
Has excellent organizational, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills with an ability to work across different organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done
Gather continuous feedback from the users on existing features and new Google Workspace enhancement requests
Develop, and utilize best practices to enhance the overall user experience of the platform
Apply quantitative approach and technical analysis skills to problem solving and understanding security and data integrity
Drive automation strategy for the platform to solve underlying operational aspects of the platform including remediating vulnerabilities, addressing customer issues
Work closely with Google team on bridging the feature gaps with the ability to work through ambiguity while prioritizing the highest impact work
Develop effective change management strategy in terms of documentation and training materials for users to communicate new Google Workspace changes
Draft high level data flow diagrams and work closely with the Architecture team to re-align to latest architecture and/or configuration
Utilize scripting languages like HTML, Python, SQL, Robo-copy Container Orchestration services including Docker and ECS, CM tools including Ansible and Terraform, and a variety of AWS tools and services
Collaborate with the Software Engineers to ensure software works seamlessly on the platforms
Comfortable learning and using Google's Gen AI capabilities to uncover opportunities, measure impact and drive decision making
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
At least 3 years of experience using build and deployment tools including Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory
At least 2 years of experience with AWS or Google Cloud
At least 2 years of experience administering Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of Process Management experience
2+ years of experience in Agile practices
1+ years of Project Management experience
1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams
Lean or Six Sigma certifications
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
