Full Job Description
Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $18.17.The current full hourly range for this position is $18.17 - $23.28.

Join our unique Nature Preschool team and inspire young learners through outdoor exploration! As a co-lead instructor, you will develop and lead nature-focused activities for preschoolers (ages 3-6), supporting their physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development. This school-year position involves leading one or two classes of 12 students alongside a co-instructor, with potential summer teaching opportunities. In addition to teaching, you will communicate with parents about their child’s progress, document and share class activities in closed Facebook groups, create written or virtual content as assigned, and ensure the learning environment remains clean, safe, and well-equipped with support from maintenance staff.

Position Information

Provide fun, informative and exciting classes or learning opportunities in assigned program area.
