Responsibilities:

* Analyze market data and industry trends to determine competitive compensation ranges for various job roles.

* Conduct job evaluations and provide recommendations on salary adjustments based on internal and external benchmarks.

* Develop and maintain job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the organization.

* Assist in the design and implementation of compensation programs, such as merit-based pay increases and incentive plans.

* Conduct regular pay equity analyses to ensure compliance with legal requirements and promote fairness within the organization.

* Support HR team in analyzing and resolving compensation-related issues and inquiries.

* Prepare and present compensation reports and recommendations to leadership.

* Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of our employee benefits programs.

* Monitor market trends and benchmark our benefits programs against industry standards.

* Evaluate the financial impact of proposed benefits changes and make recommendations to management.

* Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits programs.

* Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

* Analyze employee feedback and make recommendations for improvements to our benefits offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years progressively responsible related experience.

Experience:

Preferred prior experience administering performance based management systems.

Experience in managing data within an HRIS systems and using reporting systems.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Requires:

* Expert in MS Office, in particular MS Excel.

* Excellent planning and follow-up skills required.

* Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations and solutions.

* Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.

* Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.

* Strong customer and results orientation.

* Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.

* Ability to function as an effective team member.

* Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.

Physical Requirements:

General office environment. Ability to sit for long periods of time and to move about an office. Some international travel is required.

Annual Pay

Annual Pay Range

$97,990.00 - $146,985.00

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
