Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Our pharmacies are 340b - which means that we have access to a reduced drug pricing program sponsored by the Federal Government

11 paid vacation days, 14 accrued PTO, 5 wellness days

Job Duties:

• Fill and dispense prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
• Maintain and update patient prescription records and monitor drug therapy.
• Educate patients and staff on medication use and drug interactions.
• Contribute to quality improvement and inventory control efforts.
• Collaborate with the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMD) Team as needed.

Requirements:

Education and Experience: 

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology, PharmD degree preferred. 

* Certificate from accredited school of pharmacy.

* Minimum one-three years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably in clinic setting.

* Current NC state pharmacy license is preferred, however, we are open to out-of-state candidates

Salary Description

$115,000 - $135,000 depending on experience
