Messaging/MS Teams Engineer

Location: Texas (Travel Required)

Role Overview: We are seeking a MS Teams Messaging Support Specialist to assist in user migrations, cutovers and post-cutover. The role involves traveling to various sites across Texas, with a 2 day event at each site

Familiarity with MS Teams voice.
Basic user and device configuration.
Voice routing policy and dial plan configuration.
Basic Auto Attendant and Call Queue configuration
Basic understanding of PowerShell (able to run provided PowerShell scripts)
Basic troubleshooting
