Summary:
Assisting the partnership leaders in managing and growing their organizations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, and team activities forSenior Regional Managerand their team.
- Answer phone. Takes message or field/answer all routine and non-routine questions. Organize and prioritize information and calls.
- Assist the team in the management of their schedules and travel.
- Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
- Credit card reconciliation/reimbursements and expense reports for the team.
- Manage regional budget under the direction of Senior Regional Manager.
- Attend management meetings and take minutes.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information.
Required Skills, Experience & Education:
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills; pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
- Positive "can do" attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Hours are typically from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., but night and weekend requests are common.
- Some travel will be required (Less than 5%)
Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 yearsadministrative experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the need for discretion and the confidential handling of company information.
- Working knowledge of software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote required. Should understand basic Excel formulas (ie. Vlookup, IF formulas, etc.)

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
