As Service Delivery Area Manager, you will ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars. Collaborate with sales teams, interaction with customers, ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources. Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
As Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing field resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics
- Forming and executing strategy to ensure profitable growth of the business and delivering expected levels of financial performance
- Developing long range forecasts for region resource needs
- Creating and executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training.
- Participating in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions
- Developing the year plan for the own function the basis of the framework of the strategic plan for the whole unit
- Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical team
- Acting as Point of Contact and maintain close relationship with key clients

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Have a minimum of 3 years P&L experience
- Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Resource Management
Desired Characteristics
- Show solid previous experience and understanding of Oilfield Completions and Wellbore Intervention business
- Show analytical and collaboration skills to lead decision-making processes in a team environment
- Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams to deliver successful business outcomes
- Show excellent interpersonal communication skills and listening ability
- Have experience and understanding of HSE systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies
- Show a clear understanding of the business, customers and competitors in order to innovate value for our customers
