Marketing Project Planner
Position Overview
The Marketing Project Planner will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive product growth and enhance the brand's value proposition. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize member experiences and identify growth opportunities through tactical execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This is a 40-hour a week, hybrid position that requires 3 days in office.
For the right candidate, this will likely convert to salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaign strategies that align with brand vision and objectives.
- Manage multiple marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand member needs and create targeted campaigns that resonate with the audience.
- Utilize various marketing mediums to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition and engage customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities within the industry.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and roadblocks throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Maintain a detailed project management system to track progress and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with various marketing channels and mediums, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
