Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department in executing marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is essential for ensuring effective communication, brand consistency, and maximum outreach to target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Oversee the execution of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate the flow of assets and approvals between internal teams (creative, production, etc.) and the client.
• Coordinate marketing activities and events
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce promotional materials
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
• Support the team in administrative tasks and project management
• Leverage understanding of food brands and foodservice marketing to contribute valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, project management, account coordination, or a related role.
• Prior experience in the food industry or working with food brands is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience gathering and assembling data for promotions and reporting campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
