Marketing Communications Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our brand's presence in the B2B finance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications and will be responsible for creating impactful marketing content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement B2B communication strategies to promote our financial services.
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Collaborate with the finance team to understand product offerings and ensure accurate messaging.
• Coordinate corporate communications efforts, including internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to improve future strategies.

B2B Experience: 

Finance/HR industry experience: 

Copy Portfolio Showcasing: social copy, newsletters, and press releases.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in the finance sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate communications and branding principles.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
