This role is responsible for managing the design and development of training programs, curriculum methods, and materials with an emphasis on SaaS.

Responsibilities

·       Oversees skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements.  Ensures training program(s) meet company objectives.

·       Consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum.

·       Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks.

·       Provides outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and/or materials for trainings and coaching sessions.

·       Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training.  Establishes metric used to evaluate training effectiveness and analyzes outcomes to determine ROI and recommend changes to programs.

·       Participates in the selection of software or collaboration tools used for training.

·       May select and manage vendors that provide training materials or conduct training.

·       Supervises team by providing guidance, development opportunities, and continuous feedback.

Who We’re Looking For

·       Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent), required.

·       6+ years of related experience, required.

·       8+ years of related experience, preferred.

·       Training and curriculum experience within the SaaS industry, preferred.

·       Leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor others in a remote-first environment.

·       Project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities.

·       Strong industry knowledge with an in depth understanding of related best practices and processes.

·       Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport, effectively collaborate, develop others through sharing objective feedback, and influence others across the organization.

·       Technical aptitude with the ability to utilize various industry-related systems and applications.

·       Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.

·       Must be 18 years of age or older.

·       Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.

·       Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
