Job Summary:

The Manager, Strategic Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving alignment, collaboration, and execution across the EVP's portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor and key partner, the Chief of Staff ensures organizational priorities are met, communication flows effectively, and strategic initiatives are executed with excellence. This role plays a pivotal part in fostering cross-functional partnerships, and promoting a culture of efficiency, accountability, and innovation.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Partner with the EVP to develop and execute strategic priorities across the organization.
Ensure alignment between organizational goals and functional initiatives, monitoring progress and outcomes.
Drive long-term planning, including setting objectives, identifying key deliverables, and anticipating future needs.
Oversee the execution of key initiatives and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Identify and address operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements as needed.
Manage the preparation and follow-up for critical meetings, including agendas, presentations, and action tracking.
Act as a liaison between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to promote collaboration and alignment.
Represent the EVP in meetings and communications, as needed.
Serve as a thought partner to the EVP, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
Prioritize and manage the EVP's time effectively, ensuring focus on the most critical issues and opportunities.
Lead or facilitate leadership team meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions.
Manage special projects and initiatives across HR, Marketing, and Brand functions, ensuring successful implementation.
Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Support the development of reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
Champion the organization's culture and values, promoting an environment of inclusion, innovation, and accountability.
Support initiatives to enhance the employee experience, employer brand, and corporate reputation.
Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to align internal and external messaging with organizational goals.

Working Conditions:

Open office environment.
Some overtime required as special projects arise.
Some travel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
8+ years of experience in HR, Marketing, Brand management, or related roles, with at least 3 years in manager capacity.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational priorities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on execution and results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Experience with data analysis, metrics, and reporting to support decision-making.
