Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work second shift and weekends in our Gilbert, AZ location. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform routine maintenance in plant and office buildings
• Work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting machine and equipment repair
• Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment
• Use hand and power tools
• Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Set up and tear down conference rooms for meetings
Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years experience
• Experience with Electrical & HVAC troubleshooting
• Must be wiling to work second shift and weekends
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Experience with installation, sizing, troubleshooting and maintenance of a 480v 3phase systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Controls experience

Salary Range: $49,900 - $83,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
