Lead Residential Electrician

Integrity First Electric is seeking Journeyman Level Electricians (Jacksonville, FL).

This is a full-time/in-person position. The hours are generally Monday-Friday and average 40 hours per week (weekends off).

Occasional overtime may occur, but we believe that the key to a solid business is to recognize the need for a work/family balance, and as such we try very hard to keep the work commitment at 40 hours a week.

Job duties/responsibilities:

• Professional & knowledgeable communication between General Contractors, Foremen & Project Managers
• Completion of daily work reports, maintenance sheets and any other related paperwork
• Ability to follow specifications on blueprints or technical drawings for installations
• Ability to conduct all repairs and installations in accordance with the most current National Electric Code
• Supervision of a team, consisting of Electricians, Helpers and Apprentices, in a manner that promotes top performance and encourages teamwork.

Remote work is not applicable for this type of work.
Compensation is based on qualifications. Wages start at $28-$30/hour plus benefits
