As a Lead Fixed Facilities HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Shop HSE Surveillance and monitoring (H&S and E) performance
Supporting the Safety Talks deployment and management of Concerns/IDEAS
Responsible for JSA revision / Non-Routinary activities Risk Assessment
Responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-up
Supporting Onboarding to New Employees and Visitors
Partnering with Regulators to ensure compliance with Environmental, Fire Life Permits, Water and Waste Management
Integrating Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) into daily activities
Leading the Shift to an Interdependent HSE Culture
Facilitating Event Investigations and Presenting TORs to Senior Leadership
Prioritizing High Risk Activities and Assessing to reduce Likelihood of FPI
Leading Carbon Out Initiatives and Educating the Team on Sustainability
Submitting Annual Waste Summary
Providing Support to Operators on Intelex Concern Reporting System
Coordinating Annual Inspection of Lifting and Rigging Equipment and Accessories/ Fall Protection
Coordinating with CBRE on HSE Critical Fire Equipment Inspection (Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarms, Eye Wash Stations, Emergency Lighting and Exit Signs and First Aid Cabinets and AED)
Revalidating and Updating ERP and Business Continuity Plan

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)
Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Fixed Facilities
At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing and or repair shop environment
Have at least 4 years of experience in (HSE) Health, Safety & Environment
Fluency in Spanish and English is highly valued in this role to best serve our clients and team
Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
Possess In-depth Knowledge of Texas Regulatory Requirements and Reporting System
Excels in building positive relationships and communicates effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
You thrive in a collaborative environment, effectively leading and motivating others
