You will be an Items Analyst responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems.

What You Will Be Doing
As an Items Analyst your responsibilities will include:

* Controlling the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
* Ensuring that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives.
* Ensuring the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.
* Building relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives.
* Integrating learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
* Maintaining accountability, inventory control, and reporting requirements for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) / parts stored at various CSSA locations.
* Interfacing with U.S. Army and/or other contracting civilian personnel for exchange of serviceable and unserviceable assets.
* Tracking and expediting of material shipments needed for maintaining proper inventory levels, stock control and total customer support.
* Daily tasks will require face-to-face interaction with the unit for exchange of assets and assisting them with the understanding of unique operating processes under the Performance Based Logistics contract.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
* Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
* Capable of lifting 35 lbs.
* Ability to review data and statuses and derive trends
* Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations
Desired Skills:
* A high degree of Information Technology skills to allow development of minor software routines to perform data compilation for trends analysis, graphical presentations, and reports generation are preferred.
* Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
* Experience using MS Excel
* Ability to read reports and interpret data
* Experience interacting with management and customers

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $58,200 - $111,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
