Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an IT Technician for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI!

Title: IT Technician (SCADA Real-time Support)
Location: Detroit, MI - Hybrid schedule
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Type: W2 contract engagement

Job Description:

IT technician for the ITS SCADA Real-time Support team (ITS-SRS).

* Travel between different locations in metro Detroit On-site (at any of locations) at least 3 days per week.
* General computer knowledge.
* Troubleshooting workstations.
* Hardware installation and support.
* Imaging, replacing video cards, hard drives, monitors, cabling, etc.
* Interaction with internal customers.

Additional Information:

* A basic understanding of NERC compliance is preferred, but not required.
* Must attend NERC training courses
