PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70.00 to $80.00/per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As an IT Project Manager, you will:
- Communicate project vision with leadership to align on plan, scope, and customer expectations.
- Define deliverables, scope, and develop detailed schedules to meet goals.
- Build effective teams and foster relationships across departments.
- Set expectations, ensure accountability, and resolve conflicts.
- Apply project management principles to ensure timely delivery and meet customer needs.
- Escalate issues with proposed solutions to leadership.
- Make sound business decisions to support company objectives.
- Present key information to senior leadership for decision-making.
- Manage multiple projects and resources through effective prioritization.
- Participate in process improvement and lean initiatives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- These positions require a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, at least 15 years of relevant experience would be required.
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
- Experience with project management oversight of infrastructure, security and software development initiatives.
- Experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consent Agreement Experience
- SAP GTS or PLM/MES systems Experience
- Experience with multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
