As an IT Product Analyst on our IT Web & Digital Services team, you will leverage your business and technical expertise to define and build the apps and websites that focus on providing an outstanding user experience for our customers and agents.

  • Contribute: Our IT Product Analysts are essential to our success of continually being innovative and competitive. As an Analyst, you will:

    • Direct the effort to gather and document comprehensive business requirements and feature acceptance criteria, particularly for features involving dependencies external to your team.

    • Lead discussions with customers to propose and implement features that are in line with the overarching product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

    • Demonstrate strong communication skills through clear and concise written communication and engaging presentations, facilitating effective dissemination of information across stakeholders.

    • Identify and proactively addresses change management requirements in collaboration with business partners, ensuring smooth transitions during project implementation.

    • Uphold quality standards by adhering to established testing best practices and expectations while identifying gaps and implementing modifications that drive continuous quality improvement.

  • What it Takes:

    • Associates Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysts or related discipline preferred, or equivalent related work experience.

    • Bachelors degree preferred.

    • Minimum of 2 years' related work experience, preferably within Commercial Lines insurance.

    • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage product requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
