Position Summary: Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst acts as a key intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications. This role is crucial in ensuring that developed solutions meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong business process understanding, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support project delivery, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation using tools like Ms Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau.
• Participate in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Must Haves:

• Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in a senior role.
• Methodologies: Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau.
• Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Plus: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
