Purpose Statement
Seeking a college student for an internship pursuing a degree in a EHS related field.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Oversee completion of Monthly Safety Committee Meetings, organize meeting minute notes and track action item completion.
- Review and Update Lockout Tagout Procedures across the facility and support new equipment procedure development.
- Support 6S team on safety related projects.
- Complete monthly stormwater audits and track completion of action items.
- Complete safety observations and engage with associates on safety improvement opportunities.
- Support Sr. EHS Specialist in execution of quarterly engagement campaign.
- Support Sr. EHS Specialist in completion of EHS related investigations and action item closure.
- Collaborate with Sr. EHS Specialist on daily activities and facility EHS needs.
- Weekly 1:1 with Sr. EHS Specialist & attend EHS Network meetings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Must be pursuing a college degree in a EHS related field.
COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$17.00-$24.00
