Our client, a nationwide restaurant group in San Diego, is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team on a freelance basis.
This role will be a full 40 hours/week for a two month contract from 12/2 through 1/17.
Preference will be given to local candidates in San Diego, CA who can go onsite occasionally for various working sessions.
This Instructional Designer will be responsible for:
- Software training for restaurant back of house systems
- Working with the video and eLearning teams to create training video content (storyboarding, editing, etc.), and training project management
- Creating story boards, editing and learning objectives / various eLearning work
This Instructional Designer will need:
- 5+ years experience in Instructional Design
- Experience working on training video content (storyboarding, editing, etc.)
- Project Management experience
- Adobe Creative Suite experience required
- Experience w/ Vyond, Canva
- Experience w/ Inkling, Articulate Rise or Storyline software
- High level communication
Nice to have!
- Restaurant or food/beverage experience
- Experience w/ Inkling
