The Inside Service Sales Representative is a vital member of the Service team focused on being a trusted technical advisor to our customers, engineering, marketing and sales team, translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling solutions for our clients. In this role you will be responsible for development and facilitation of service sales opportunities from prospecting through order acceptance. This includes development, sale, and renewal of service contracts, technical support agreements and other ad-hoc service and parts sales efforts.
Success Criteria:
This role requires a highly proactive, “can-do” individual that will serve as a key point of contact for our customers and will work hand in hand with the rest of the PAR teams to manage our long-term customer relationships. In coordination with other PAR team members, you will provide technical support and solutions that serve our customer’s needs.

* Two years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
* Proficient in using CRM Systems and tools
* Exceptional verbal and written communication
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer focused mindset
* Able to travel occasionally
* Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field (preferred)
* Basic knowledge of PLC/Controls and hydraulic systems is a plus (preferred)
* Experience using Salesforce (preferred)
* US Person
