The City of Middletown is excited to announce an opening for the position of HVAC/Building Maintenance Technician. This role encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities related to maintaining city buildings. Candidates will be tasked with ensuring that HVAC systems are operating efficiently, managing electrical repairs, handling plumbing issues, performing general building maintenance, and executing painting and cleaning duties as needed. We are looking for individuals with proven experience in hydraulics, HVAC, electrical systems, mechanical work, or electro-mechanical tasks, or a relevant combination of education and hands-on training that demonstrates competence in these areas. The successful candidate will play a critical role in upkeeping the safety and functionality of our public buildings.

Salary Range: $48,033 to $69,397, complemented by outstanding benefits that support your career and personal well-being.
