At the end of your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to present your projects, experiences, and recommendations to our leadership team.

What should I bring to the table?

We understand that as an intern, you may not have years of experience under your belt – and that’s okay! We’re looking for a college student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Ag Business, Agriculture, or a related field. An interest in HR operations, process improvement, and HR technology is a huge plus!

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills - ability to evaluate processes and identify areas of improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting ideas.

  • Attention to detail - ability to track and document processes effectively.

  • Organization & time management - ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Interest in HR technology - excited to learn about HR information systems like Workday.

  • Self-starter mindset - willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas.

We want to help you grow - and we're excited to learn from you, too!

What will I be working on?

Your internship will focus on HR Operations & Process Improvement, including:

  • Workday Process Improvement - Support the optimization of Workday by identifying ways to improve HR workflows.

  • People & Culture Service Center Enhancement - Help refine processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.

  • Knowledge Base Development - Create and organize resources for the Human Resources Service Center, ensuring HR information is easily accessible. Partner with HRIS Team to support and communicate incoming employee requests.

  • HRIS Exposure & Support - Gain hands-on experience in Workday and HR systems, learning how data and technology drive HR Operations.

If you're excited about HR technology, process improvement, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to have you on our team!
