*HR Intern assignment focus is determined based on business need as well as interest areas of the selected intern.Assignment decisions are typically communicated to interns 2-4 weeks before the first day of employment.
Examples of past intern assignments include:
- HR Services - Assist with processing employee data transactions, participate in HR systems projects requirements gathering and testing activities
- Diversity & Inclusion - support D&I team with planning and execution of the annual Global Inclusion Week event, build communications, resources, and training guides/toolkits to support strategic diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Recruiting - participate in recruiting strategy meetings, candidate sourcing, review and update job postings and interview guides
- Human Capital Insights - assist with review and testing of newly developed HR reports and analytics
- Employee Relations - Participate in the employee relations quarterly global HR policy review and participating in employee relations cases
Required Qualifications
- Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Graduation date of December 2025 or May/June 2026
Preferred Qualifications
- High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
- Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others
- Interested in gaining broad Human Resources experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
