A Day in the Life:
Bunge is looking for a highly motivated Manager, HR M&A Transformation to join our exceptional Human Resources team. As a global organization, Bunge offers an exciting opportunity to work on organizational design and integration to drive seamless transitions during business combinations.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Integration Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop integration strategies that align with business goals, ensuring smooth transitions post-merger or acquisition.
* Organizational Design: Analyze and design optimal organizational structures that support the combined entity's strategic objectives.
* Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to support workforce alignment, cultural integration, and process optimization.
* Due Diligence Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to assess organizational structures, talent, and culture during the due diligence phase.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to ensure alignment and buy-in on integration plans.
* Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integration activities and identify areas for improvement.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A and organizational design. Prior experience in integration projects highly desirable, preferably in a global organization.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively educate and influence individuals at all levels.
* Proficiency in data analysis and modeling, with the ability to extract actionable information from complex datasets.
The compensation range for this position is $108, 720 - 122,310. In addition to the regular compensation, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
