Provide professional and exemplary customer service to all guests in adherence with Wollman Rink policies, rules and regulations to ensure a safe and world class environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Responsible for greeting guests properly in various locations of the facility, directing them to desired locations, and ensuring proper crowd flow

* Check in clients for skating lessons

* Relay messages to coaches and back-office staff

* Provide World-Class service to all guests, vendors, and employees at all times

* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members

* Anticipate and respond professionally to guests' needs, concerns and questions

* Learn all Wollman Rink policies, procedures, locations, and event specific information provided

* Provide guests with friendly, accurate directions

* Monitor assigned areas to identify issues, report and notify appropriate personnel, and ensure compliance with facilities policies, cleanliness, and safety

* Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including uniform and appearance guidelines

* Work well with others, assist teammates, and perform and complete a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another, without the loss of efficiency or composure within Guest Services guidelines

* As necessary, handle tough, high-pressure situations while remaining calm and professional

* Assist skaters in preparing for their lessons, including tying skates, helping with hockey equipment (training will be provided)

* Complete other duties as assigned by managers

* May work in cooler or warmer temperatures; indoors or outside, and involve standing for 6-8 hours

Educational Background Required

* Previous hospitality experience preferred

* Ability to actively engage with guests
