Job Description Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our team with responsibilities over Bel's Fruit Business new platforms. In this role, you will report directly to Sr. Brand Manager and collaborate with the Innovation team, agency partners, and sales to develop and execute the go to market strategy for our new platforms.
The talent must possess strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills, as well as demonstrates leadership and self-initiative. They will be involved in the planning and executing of all phases of the brand plan as well as contribute to some innovation projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Data & Analytics: Analyze brand and competitive marketplace trends and make recommendations on actions to address them - turning insights into action - through our syndicated sources.
- Concept Development: Knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing concepts (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies, consumer segmentation) used in the development of marketing plans.
- Creative concept evaluation: Ability to evaluate creative concepts and executions based on creativity, strategic alignment and consumer impact.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and incorporate customer needs into product development and marketing strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with necessary product knowledge, shopper marketing merchandising tools, and marketing materials to effectively sell the product.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on results.
Required Capabilities:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field Strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or beverage industry.
- Leadership: Demonstrated strong leadership skills working with cross functional teams to innovate and drive the marketing strategy.
- Marketing Expertise:Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and campaign management.
- Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey brand messaging to various stakeholders.
- Project Management:Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative Thinking:Generate innovative marketing ideas to stand out in the market.
- Collaboration:Work effectively with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and design
Working Conditions:This is a hybrid role in New York City that enables you to work 10 days a month work from home. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Occasional travel may be required.

- $90,000 - 100,000 /annually
