Full Job Description
Oversees and coordinates with supervisors on refuses collection and disposal operations.
Inspects subordinate work to ensure compliance with waste policies practices and procedures.
Assist with divisional organization, collection procedures, and related issues.
Assist in interview panels recommending, selections, training, scheduling and evaluating work of subordinates.
Monitors Drive-Cam and Fleet tracking systems for identifying safe/unsafe operator habits and route collection efficiency.
Performs related task such as staff meetings, training, counseling and assist with disciplinary actions.
Performs all other related task assigned.
