As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the frontend efforts of the Feedback 360 workstream within CSAE. Likewise, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces.

In this role, you will be expected to implement end to end UI features that leverage complex UX patterns and require you to interface with platform, data, and infrastructure teams. Infusing an AI experiences throughout our application would be one such example that requires high attention detail to on the UX side as well as system design alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
* Write reusable, testable, and self documenting code.
* Become a UI/UX subject matter expert (SME) that the team can rely on.
* Implement UI components based off of specification documents and wireframes. Constantly question and provide ideas on how to deliver a state of the art user experience.
* Partner with backend engineers to ship quality features end to end, make architectural decisions, and take part in system design.
* Participate in code review and provide constructive to feedback to both junior and senior engineers.

Required Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience with frontend web development leveraging React and Typescript.
* An understanding React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle.
* Redux expertise
* Fundamental knowledge of REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and ES6.
* Experience working with UI frameworks. Preferably Fluent UI but Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar will suffice.
* Knowledge of Git and CI/CD technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with popular libraries like React Router and Redux-Saga,
* Proficient with at least one cloud provider. Preferably Azure but AWS or GCP will suffice.
* Backend development experience.
* Experience leveraging Jest to build unit tests.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63 to 66 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
