Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a full-time Fleet Asset Manager to oversee purchasing, tracking, and budget for company equipment and service vehicles.
Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday l 1st Shift
Pay: $75,000-$90,000 + Potential annual Bonus

Position Responsibilities:
- The Asset Manager oversees purchasing and requests for forklifts, pallet jacks, batteries, and other equipment
- As the Asset Manager, you will track the lifecycle of electric service vehicles and generate monthly reports on usage to ensure vendors and field teams meet equipment specifications
- You will manage the budget for approved equipment and service vehicles throughout the year, as well as approve invoices for company and service vehicle expenses
- You will provide expertise on euro pallets, delivery cart specifications, and automated guided vehicles while expanding equipment refurbishment with new vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
- You will coordinate with AssetWorks and licensing agents to keep records updated on equipment status, maintenance, and disposal, and collaborate with in-house technicians to enhance equipment purchasing strategies
- You will handle processes in the enterprise asset management system and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for decision-making on equipment purchases
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or Technical School Certification with 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
