NJM Insurance Group currently has an opening in our Contact Center for a First Notice of Loss Associate where you will play an important role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with us by responding to their inbound calls. Formal in-house training is provided. This is a hybrid position which requires time in the office as well as at home.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (10:45am-7pm) and 1 Saturday a month (8:30am-4:30p)
Responsibilities
- Will serve as first contact for our customers who are reporting claims. This includes handling incoming calls and accurately processing information into the system for assignment to an adjuster.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers who have experienced and auto or property loss
- Determine appropriate coverage and complete necessary follow-ups in a timely manner
- Efficiently navigate systems to access appropriate information to service callers
- Perform additional duties within the department, as needed
Requirements
- Contact Center experience handling inbound calls is a plus
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a home high-speed internet connection
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate empathy to customers during what may be a stressful time
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
- Accurate keyboarding skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
