Your Opportunity as the Field Service Technician (Coffee Equipment)-San Antonio, TX
Bring the comfort of a fresh cup of coffee to hard working health care workers, patients, hotel guests, and many more within your coverage area. Leverage your technical ability and customer service skills to ensure local businesses have properly working coffee equipment so everyone can enjoy iconic brands like Folgers and Café Bustelo.
Location: Coverage area includes San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas.
In this role you will:
- Lead the equipment service business for corporations with your coverage area (shared above).
- Obtain expert knowledge from our training teams to learn the ins and outs of coffee machinery and equipment.
- Provide best-in-class customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Perform scheduled service on equipment including proactive maintenance, installations, machine removals, asset management, and emergency service requests.
- Manage equipment inventories including quarterly warehouse inventory checks and ordering parts as needed.
- Document proper procedures including electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reported quality issues and other related activities.
- Drive and maintain a state-of-the-art company vehicle, fully equipped with heated seats, large navigation screen, shelving and so much more to ensure you are comfortable and successful in your career!

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Resides within 30 miles of San Antonio, TX
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including lifting up to 75 pounds and driving on a frequent basis
- Ability to work on-call hours at least once a month (on-call duties are covered by a rotational program)
