About the Role: Marymoor Park hosts a variety of special events to our diverse community. Working in this position will allow you the opportunity to provide excellent customer service and general park and event information to event attendees and park patrons. You choose the events that works best for your schedule.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide customer service to park customers via in-person, email or phone.
- Collect parking fees from vehicles entering assigned event parking lots.
- Reconcile cash received for event parking against the value of parking tickets sold and justify any discrepancies.
- Reconcile daily cash received and prepare deposit for banking.
- Provide information on events or other park activities and services.
Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills
Qualifications You Bring:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with all park visitors.
- Basic math skills with an understanding of general accounting procedures.
- Demonstrated skill in providing and following oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining positive work relationships with co-workers.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft office.
- Data entry experience desired.
- Situational Adaptability - Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
- Ensures Accountability: Holds self accountable to meet commitments.
- Collaborates: Works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

Working Conditions:
- Work Location:Marymoor Park, 6046 W. Lake Sammamish Pkwy NE in Redmond, WA
- Work Schedule: The work schedule for this position is flexible; primarily evenings and weekends depending on the event. This position allows you the option of choosing the events that works best for your schedule. This position is covered under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is overtime eligible.
- Union Representation: This position is not represented by a union.
- Physical Requirement:
- Position requires long hours outdoors in all types of weather.
- Must have the ability to stand for up to three hours at a time, outdoors, in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
