The ES Service Excellence Team partners across BCG’s Enterprise Services functions to provide strategic advisory, oversee large change programs, lead digital innovations, advanced people-centric initiatives, and instil a sophisticated analytics infrastructure.
Our services fall within five areas:
Meeting & Events: Provides full-service and self-service event planning support for BCG meetings and events of all sizes, from the WWOM to local office outings
Global Real Estate: Supports location sourcing and design for all BCG businesses; plus leads the firms’ research & exploration into new workplace design
Travel: Manages our strategic relationships with all large travel vendors; provides operational infrastructure and support for all BCG employee travel activity
Safety & Security: Establishes BCG’s policies and procedures regarding workplace and event safety, as well as overseeing all workplace crisis management
Sustainability: leads BCG environmental sustainability initiatives, including Net Zero program
Procurement: Sources 3rd party suppliers and provides the processes and infrastructure for ongoing supplier risk and relationship management
Your role will be to support program management and analysis in these and other ways:
Work to elevate maturity of analytics and reporting across Enterprise Services teams as a whole, owning portions of key reporting initiatives and supporting others
Structure and execute analyses in service of transformation projects
Be assigned/embedded to one of the Enterprise Services teams focused on furthering their transformation activities as required

Communicating in a mature and thoughtful manner.
Structuring and analyzing information. You can take an idea for organizing data and turn it into a useful deliverable.
Logically considering how complex projects get completed, and juggling multiple initiatives and short and long term priorities.

- Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the January to June 2025 co-op cycle
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and preferably Tableau skills.
- University Education ongoing in a related or quantitative field
- An appreciation for how to prioritize among demands, improve processes and balance the levers that make a complex business run smoothly and productively
- Strong data analysis skills, able to communicate key insights effectively
