Our education focused association client is looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a 3-4 month contract. This role is 20-30 hours a week with the potential to ramp up to full-time hours.
This position is onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The additional hours will be mutually agreed on.
You must have experience building and deploying emails in Informz to be considered for this role.
Duties of the Email Marketing Coordinator:
- Build and layout error-free email marketing blasts within Informz templates
- QA email templates and campaigns
- Deploy email campaigns
- Work with stakeholders to create marketing editorial calendar
- Flag issues with email lists i.e. prevent promoting to the same people multiple times in one day
- Proofread email copy
- Pull reports on open rates, click through, etc
Requirements of the Email Marketing Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2 years of building, deploying, QA email campaigns
- Experience building email blasts
- Experience with Informz required
- Experience working with iMiS AMS is highly preferred
