We are currently seeking a Director for our US Patient Support Learning team within the Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit. This role is crucial in developing and implementing the learning strategy and plans across US Patient Support, Market Access. You will be responsible for leveraging the capabilities and expertise of the team, focusing on providing consistent learning and development across all areas of US Patient Support.

Accountabilities:

As the Director, you will be responsible for creating and deploying an annual training plan that aligns with US Patient Support core competencies, upcoming product pipeline, reimbursement and policy trends, and Brand strategies. You will collaborate with internal Commercial Learning teams to identify learning strategies and existing capabilities to address training needs. You will also establish a US Patient Support Learning & Development Governance to regularly gather insight and feedback from key representatives from each area. Your role will also involve anticipating market changes and aligning training plans to support our teams' ability to navigate the access landscape with customers.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience required

  • Thorough understanding of patient access, affordability and reimbursement programs and services

  • Strategic planning and execution skills with capability to move quickly between strategic and tactical as appropriate

  • Ability to lead effectively in a cross-functional environment with a variety of collaborators

  • Experience with learning and instructional design principles preferred

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,018 to $241,528. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
