Full Job Description
Oversees the development & implementation of improving product features, service, sales, marketing, processes, policies & procedures and/or negotiation with internal and external partners/vendors. Overall responsibility for assigned product line performance, market share, sales & the daily operations of the product line(s) working across the organization, vendors, etc. to resolve advisor/client issues. Business leader for large scale projects and initiatives including representing the product line(s) with key business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day credit card and rewards products suite to include strategic planning and forecasting, offer development, marketing, reporting and analysis
  • Drive multiple initiatives from concept through development and market launch
  • Develop, implement, and maintain product features and improvements
  • Collaborate with business partners to establish service, sales, marketing, risk-management, and other end-to-end product management processes
  • Write detailed product requirements to turn product vision into executable development actions
  • Deliver results through a matrixed organization including technology, operations, digital, finance, compliance, legal, risk, marketing, sales, field leadership and other partners
  • Perform competitive research and keep informed on credit card product market trends
  • Lead a team responsible for product management and related activities
  • Business lead on large scale project(s) with overall accountability for product line performance and daily product management responsibilities.
  • Communicate and influence across the organization at senior levels to implement projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain excellent advisor and client experience across the product lifecycle.
  • Resolve escalated advisor/client issues.
  • Lead large internal and external vendor/partner relationships including supporting the negotiation of vendor agreements, and ongoing internal and external partner relationship management.
  • Oversee the maintenance of a healthy compliance environment including the management of account agreements, disclosures, supervision logs, policies and procedure updates.
  • Provide effective leadership to direct reports incorporating performance management practices through individual performance plans, periodic reviews and feedback sessions, coaching and development.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across the organization and at all levels to drive results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to identify trends and issues and potential ways to solve the issue.
  • Experience with assigned product including understanding of compliance rules and regulations for product and industry.
  • Experience maintaining advisor and client facing marketing and other product materials, websites, and regulatory document such as client agreements.
  • Project management experience.
  • People leadership experience.
