Full Job Description

Summary:

Oversee all aspects of Korean Player Development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the player development strategies and activities specific to the Korean market.
  • Create an atmosphere that induces guests to make Fantasy Springs Resort Casino their choice for gaming entertainment.
  • Responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to other team members in order to provide superior guest service.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Korean-speaking guests coordinating events and creating personalized gaming experiences to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Position does have supervisory responsibilities.



Job Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma/GED/College Degree.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, read and write required
  • Five to seven years of prior experience in player development or a similar role within the casino industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Korean culture and customs
  • Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Work Environment:

Employees working the Casino or Bowling Center may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise.
