Leading retail company is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead their paid media strategy to drive customer acquisition and engagement across digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in paid media management and a passion for driving results through innovative marketing tactics.
Candidates must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week in Hacienda Heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize paid search, display, and social media campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across various channels.
- Analyze campaign performance using digital marketing analytics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Oversee the budget for paid media initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing returns.
- Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration into marketing efforts.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
